What is a 3D holographic display?
A 3D holographic fan display uses rapidly rotating LED blades and specially prepared digital content to create the appearance of images, products, logos or animations floating in space. It's often used for retail advertising, product displays, showrooms, events and promotional installations.
Are holographic displays actual holograms?
Most commercially available holographic fan displays are technically persistence-of-vision LED displays rather than true holograms. The rapidly moving LEDs and specially designed content create the illusion of an image floating in open space.
Can my company's logo appear as a hologram?
Yes. Logos and other branded assets can be converted into content designed for compatible holographic displays. Products can also be photographed, rendered, animated or converted into display-ready content depending on the project.
Can you update the content after installation?
Yes. Our HoloCare managed-content plans can include video uploads, promotional changes, seasonal advertising, branded content, software assistance and ongoing support.
What is transparent LED?
Transparent LED technology lets digital content appear across compatible glass or transparent display surfaces while preserving a degree of visibility through the display. It's used for storefront advertising, showrooms, retail, restaurants, hotels, auto dealerships and other commercial spaces.
Can transparent LED be installed on an existing storefront?
Some transparent LED systems are designed for installation on or behind existing glass. Suitability depends on the type of glass, dimensions, environmental conditions, electrical access, brightness requirements, viewing distance and the selected system. We evaluate these factors before recommending anything.
What is smart privacy film?
Smart privacy film is an electrically controlled film applied to compatible glass. Switching the system on or off makes the glass change between transparent and frosted. It's common in offices, conference rooms, medical environments, bathrooms, homes, hotels and glass partitions.
Do I have to purchase a holographic display outright?
Different purchase and managed-service options may be available. We offer system ownership as well as HoloCare plans for customers who want ongoing content management, updates and support.
